Experienced Cabinet Designer Base-Plus Comm. ASAP!

Experienced Cabinet Designer wanted in retail location in Florida. You will work directly for the company and will be able to sell a variety of cabinet styles, both kitchen and bath We sell and install cabinets, countertops, etc. We are looking for a designer who enjoys working with people and has a passion for designing projects our customers will love. You will be the main point of contact in-house to assist customers in product selection and will also create and present design proposals, finalize sales orders and make follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will include lead generation, building relationships with new customers, resolving customer issues and concerns, on-site measurements may be required. Position is a full-time with some Saturday half-day rotation. Compensation is hourly plus commissions. Huge opportunity for right person! Responsibilities for

Cabinet Designer:

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Ability to create and design quality kitchens and bathrooms and assist in selecting products and colors
• Ability to quote, close sales and process orders
• Ability to build a professional relationship with customers
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects Requirements for

Cabinet Designer:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in high end kitchen and bath design and sales
• Minimum 2-year customer service experience
• Experience with 2020 design software
• Urgency to meet customer deadlines
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent customer service skills When we measure, we may also do an in-person consultation with the client, get the most important info from them about what they want to see in their kitchen.
