How You Will Make an Impact Interpret and follow complex blueprints to ensure the accurate execution of custom deck and screen room designs. Execute precision framing, layout, and finish work for high-end residential outdoor living projects. Install and secure critical support structures to ensure long-term stability and strict adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve real-time technical issues and adapt to custom design requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site while adhering to all local building codes and regulations. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of related carpentry experience with a focus on residential framing and finish work. Proven ability to read and take immediate action on detailed architectural blueprints and project plans. Strong mathematical proficiency for precise measurements and material calculations. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift heavy objects consistently in an outdoor environment. Demonstrated expertise in the safe operation of professional hand and power carpentry tools. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience specifically in high-end custom deck building and composite decking installations. Advanced knowledge of TimberTech products and specialized outdoor railing systems. Skilled experience operating heavy-duty pickup trucks and towing trailers safely. Demonstrated history of leading projects with minimal oversight and maintaining high production standards. Being bilingual is a big plus!
