Experienced Carpenter

Skilled Carpenter - Remodeling & Construction Reality Remodeling LLC - Northwest Indiana / Chicagoland Reality Remodeling LLC is looking for a skilled carpenter with solid remodeling experience to join our growing team. We do a mix of residential renovation work including basements, bathrooms, framing, trim, flooring, decks, doors, drywall, and general construction work. Looking for someone reliable who takes pride in quality work and can work independently when needed. Responsibilities Framing walls, basements, and remodel layouts Installing doors, trim, baseboard, crown, and cabinetry Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile experience is a plus) Deck building and exterior carpentry Drywall hanging/patching experience preferred Reading plans and solving problems on-site Keeping job sites clean and professional Requirements 5+ years carpentry/remodeling experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic hand tools and tool belt Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work full days on-site Must show up on time and communicate professionally Experience in multiple trades is a huge plus Preferred Skills Bathroom remodeling Tile installation Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge Painting and finishing work Experience working directly with customers

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
