Experienced Carpenter / Equipment Operator

EXPERIENCED CARPENTER / ALL-AROUND BUILDER WANTED

(Jasper / Talking Rock Area - 3-4 Month Project) We're looking for an experienced carpenter to help with a multi-month land development and building project in the Jasper / Sassafras Mountain area. This is approximately a 3-4 month project at around 40 hours per week.

Most important:

Strong carpentry experience Ability to read plans and work independently Self-starter who is comfortable working alone at times and getting things done without constant supervision Project work may include: Building small shops and outbuildings Barn dominium construction Land clearing and site prep Subdividing property Digging ponds General construction and project support Bonus skills (not required but highly preferred): Mini excavator experience Bobcat / skid steer operation Equipment operation General construction or land development experience We're looking for somebody local or close to the area who takes pride in their work and wants steady work for several months.
