Responsibilities Lead as a Grade A Cleaner Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives. Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process improvements. Provide insights on cleaning technics and development opportunities to enhance team growth. Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of cleaning services. Collaborate with us to understand needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Perform research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Prepare detailed reports and inspections that communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Skills Strong expertise in cleaning and strategic planning. Proven experience in professional cleaning. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to solve and make decisions. Proficient in common sense. Demonstrated ability to work in team development and project management. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
