Experienced Concrete Finisher

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing construction team. This role requires hands-on experience in all aspects of concrete work, with a focus on finishing surfaces to high-quality standards. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of concrete finishing, including screeding, floating, troweling, and edging Set forms and ensure proper alignment and grade Monitor curing process and apply finishing techniques accordingly Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces as needed Work with crews to complete projects on schedule Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all safety standards and job site procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a concrete finisher Valid Ohio driver's license (required) Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical ability to handle demanding labor (lifting, kneeling, standing for extended periods) Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work in various weather conditions
