Description About Roe Painting Roe Painting is a growing, team-focused company specializing in residential and commercial painting and concrete coatings. We take pride in high-quality workmanship, strong communication, and delivering results our customers trust. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in trowel work and final concrete finishing, with an interest in expanding into concrete coatings and specialty applications. Key Responsibilities Perform trowel work and final finishing of concrete surfaces Assist with concrete placement, leveling, and finishing Complete concrete grinding, cutting, and surface preparation Apply concrete resurfacing products, including NewCrete Form and shape coves and edges as needed Ensure high-quality finish and proper curing of concrete Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness Qualifications Proven experience in concrete finishing (required) Strong skills in trowel work and surface finishing Experience with concrete coatings or resurfacing products is a plus Familiarity with grinders, saws, and finishing tools Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy materials (grinders, concrete bags, tools) Comfortable with physically demanding work (standing, bending, kneeling) Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments Preferred (Not Required) Experience with NewCrete or similar coating systems Experience in concrete coatings or epoxy systems Why Join Roe Painting?
