Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend signature drinks or custom creations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS terminals. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during events such as nightclub nights or banquets. Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures when preparing garnishes or serving food alongside drinks. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele. Assist with catering events or large parties, providing professional beverage service in accordance with event specifications. Skills Proven experience as a craft cocktail bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately. Experience in serving at banquet events or catering functions is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail math concepts related to sales and inventory management within the food industry. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Passion for brewing or the food industry is a plus, demonstrating enthusiasm for hospitality excellence.
