Position:

Experienced Dental Assistant Competitive Pay Based on Experience Full-Time Available Responsibilities Assist the dentist efficiently during dental procedures Take high-quality digital X-rays confidently and efficiently Perform accurate patient charting and clinical documentation Prepare and sterilize instruments following OSHA and infection control protocols Take dental impressions and assist with intra-oral scanning Set up and break down operatories efficiently Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and positive clinical environment Support front and back office teamwork as neededas well as self starter Requirements Previous dental assisting experience preferred Efficient in taking dental X-rays Knowledge of patient charting and dental terminology Experience with sterilization and infection control procedures Comfortable taking impressions and using intra-oral scanners Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality Open to learning and growing with the team Knowledge of Open Dental software preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Truly cares about patients and their experience Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Is dependable, organized, and motivated Wants to grow long-term with our office Why Join Us?
