Duties Perform professional grooming services including bathing, brushing, and styling to meet each pet's specific needs. Handle dogs safely using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for both animals and staff during grooming and kennel activities. Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area. Assist with kennel duties such as feeding, cleaning, administering medications, and monitoring pet health. Support pet sitting services by providing attentive care, exercise, and companionship for animals in the kennel. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, health concerns, and special instructions. Skills Proven experience in pet grooming and dog handling with a strong understanding of animal behavior Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move animals or equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills to engage with pet owners professionally and compassionately. Strong animal handling skills combined with restraint techniques to ensure safety during grooming and kennel activities.
