Experienced Excavation & Pipe Work Laborer

About the Role L.J. Quigliano II Inc. is a family-owned company specializing in excavation, utility, and paving services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the Niagara and Erie County areas. We're looking for a skilled, dependable laborer to join our crew on active site development projects. If you take pride in your craft, have experience and like working with a great crew, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation including clearing, grading, and earth moving Perform excavation and trenching for utilities and drainage systems Install sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water utility lines Support equipment operators and crew leads throughout the project Follow all safety protocols including OSHA trench safety standards Assist with backfill, compaction, and site cleanup Work across residential, commercial, and industrial jobsites in the Buffalo Niagara region Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in excavation, pipe work, or site construction Experience with underground utility installation (sanitary, storm sewer, water) Solid understanding of trench safety and excavation best practices Ability to read basic grade stakes or site plans is a plus Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation to jobsite OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required) Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Consistent work.

Pay:

$22.01 - $30.52 per hour
