Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Track and inventory critical spare parts.
• Make recommendations to improve efficiency and running time.
• Maintain and repair mobile equipment, stationary crushing plant, and portable crushing plants, wash plants, screen plants and conveyers.
• Plant maintenance includes splicing belts, replacing rollers, drive belts, gear boxes, electric motors.
• Mobile equipment maintenance including factory lights, backup alarms, hydraulic systems, brakes.
• Diagnose and repair electrical components.
• Operate heavy equipment to diagnose problems. Utilize operating manuals to implement manufacturers recommendations.
• Utilize latest software for equipment diagnosis.

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience with mobile equipment and aggregate crushing.
• Must be punctual, team player and reliable.
• Welding and technical training preferred.
• MSHA training will be required prior performing work duties.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
