• Full-time Overview We are working with a warm and thoughtful family in Rye seeking an experienced, engaging, and highly professional full-time nanny to care for their twin babies beginning at the end of June 2026.

The family is specifically hoping to find a nanny with extensive infant and baby experience who is deeply knowledgeable about early childhood development, routines, feeding, sleep support, developmental milestones, and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment during the early years. Experience caring for multiple young children and/or twins is strongly preferred. This role is ideal for a career nanny who is warm, calm, proactive, and highly attentive. The family is looking for someone engaging and hands-on who genuinely enjoys getting on the floor to play, planning enriching activities, and creating a loving, structured environment. Prior experience working in professional homes is required, as the family values discretion, flexibility, communication, and a polished approach to childcare. Travel:

Domestic and international travel required (overnight stipend provided) Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care tailored to the unique needs of twin infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for infants and toddlers, incorporating healthy ingredients and age-appropriate portions Engage children with educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate teaching to support early development milestones Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and nursery areas Assist with diapering, feeding, bathing, and dressing the babies while fostering independence and comfort Collaborate with parents to follow specific routines, schedules, and developmental goals Ideal Candidate Years of recent in-home nanny experience required Extensive newborn, infant, and baby experience required Strong understanding of early childhood development and infant milestones Experience caring for multiple young children and/or twins preferred Prior experience working in professional homes preferred Warm, engaging, proactive, and highly dependable Confident driver with experience transporting children regularly Open to domestic and international travel Organized, flexible, and comfortable managing busy schedules Professional, collaborative, and communicative
