Bring enthusiasm + positive mindset; guidance provided (experience welcome yet unrequired). Smart phone with internet to use cleaning app and complete jobs. Reliable transportation to travel to properties. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as required. Restock supplies, change linens, and manage waste disposal in a timely and organized manner. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations. Uphold safety and cleanliness protocols, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive hospitality experience.
