Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in both installation and service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and light commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, professionalism, and strong customer communication skills. Responsibilities Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and multi-family properties Lead system installations according to company standards and manufacturer specifications Perform service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system repairs Conduct preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Replace defective components and restore system performance Accurately document equipment serviced, parts used, and hours worked Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and repair options Recommend system upgrades or improvements when appropriate Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (installation and service) Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety standards Experience working in residential and multi-family environments Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively Valid HVAC license or certification preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Compensation $22 - $39 per hour (based on experience) $10,000
