Rehabilitative Department:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) The therapist will provided therapeutic services as needed by our patients in addition to the following: Plan, develop, organize and implement direct therapy in accordance with current rules regulations and guidelines that govern long term care facilities. Participate in discharge planning, implementation and development of residence care plans, and residence assessments. Helps educate family and staff to optimize patient outcomes and safety. Requirements:

Associates degree required FL license in Occupational Therapy Assistant Excellent communication skills Great clinical, personal, documentation and implementation skills Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
