Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job description Residential HVAC Technician If you are looking for an HVAC Tech Position with a Professional Company, consider Nuckols Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

The preferred candidate is responsible for providing quality repairs to Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Gas Furnaces, Air Handlers, and Tank/Tankless Water Heaters. Knowledge of Hydronic Boilers is a plus!

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding of Residential HVAC Equipment and Controls. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including: Split System Heat Pumps and A/C Units. Gas Furnaces and Air Handlers. Tank and Tankless Water Heaters. Mini-Splits and Geothermal Systems. (Hydronic Boiler knowledge is a plus). Ability to consistently provide High-Quality repairs in a timely and profitable manner. Consistently maintains truck stock inventory and an organized truck. Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair, or test various products regarding HVAC. Use dispatch software through a mobile app. Provide excellent customer service to every client.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE

a Minimum of 5 Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience. Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining all types of Residential HVAC systems. Safe working knowledge of all hand power tools. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Safely work from ladders for extended periods of time. Pass a Background check and Driver's License check. Valid and Clean Driver's License.
