Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a proactive approach to diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance for our clients. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems before they escalate. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Performing preventative maintenance. Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork. Qualifications

REQUIRED

Proven experience as a service technician OR 6 months of HVAC technical school education. Experience with Heat Pumps and Mini-Splits is a plus. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems. Familiarity with refrigerants and their handling requirements. Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals for equipment installation and repair. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
