Experienced HVAC Tech

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Duties Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects as needed. Diagnose mechanical problems using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge; perform equipment repair or replacement accordingly. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations. Operate a vehicle safely for field service visits across multiple locations. Apply HVAC design principles when installing or upgrading systems to meet client specifications and building codes. Support property maintenance tasks including appliance repair, boiler servicing, and general mechanical upkeep. Skills Extensive experience with construction processes related to HVAC installation and maintenance projects. Proven service technician experience with a strong understanding of HVAC systems. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately. Knowledge of HVAC design principles for system planning and upgrades. Familiarity with plumbing systems associated with HVAC setups. Experience working with refrigeration systems Mechanical knowledge covering boilers, appliances, and general equipment repair. Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently on-site under pressure. Mechanical experience with a focus on maintenance and repair of complex equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
