Experienced HVAC Technician

Job Summary Rylee Home Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, solid plumbing knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
• Perform routine service and preventative maintenance
• Install and repair HVAC components and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions Requirements
• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Plumbing experience required
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC system components, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioning, mini-splits, tanked and tankless water heaters, etc
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work both independently and as a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits
