Experienced HVAC Installer

Rylee Home Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including ductwork, refrigeration piping, and electrical components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects in a timely manner
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during installations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in HVAC installation
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Proficiency in mechanical installations and plumbing
• Possess fundamental electrical experience
• Proficiency in sheet metal work, brazing, and soldering
• Experience with boilers, furnaces, tankless and tanked hot water heaters, air conditioning systems, and mini-splits a must
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
