Experienced Lash & Brow Artist Booth rent or commission

Job Summary Join a vibrant beauty studio as an Experienced Lash Artist, where you have the flexibility to choose between booth rental or earning through commission. One free week for vacation per year. Duties Perform eyelash extensions, makeup application to meet client needs. PMU artist if certified Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatments and retail products. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards across all treatments and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Utilize salon management software such as Vagaro or

for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail offerings. Upsell retail products and additional treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue streams. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and providing exceptional guest services. Stay current with industry trends. Assist with inventory management of skincare products, tools, and retail items to ensure availability for clients. Experience Proven experience as a lash artist with a strong portfolio of eyelash extensions, lash & brow treatments, or related beauty services. Familiarity with salon software platforms like Vagaro or

for scheduling and client management. Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to esthetic procedures and body waxing. Experience in retail sales within a salon or spa environment is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and treatment options.
