Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service periods Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent food service and presentation Qualifications Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with fine dining experience Strong culinary skills including knife techniques, food preparation, cooking methods, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and learning Join us to craft exceptional dishes that delight our guests!
