We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Lead Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Aldie, VA. This leadership role combines advanced aesthetic expertise with team mentorship, clinical excellence, and a commitment to delivering luxury-level patient care. Overview The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in advanced injectable techniques, and experienced in creating customized treatment plans that deliver natural, long-term results. This provider should excel in patient consultations, education, facial assessment, and full-face treatment planning while maintaining the elevated experience our clientele expects. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient Care Perform advanced injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF/PRP, biostimulators, and regenerative aesthetic procedures with precision and artistry. Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, facial assessments, and medical evaluations to create personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's goals and anatomy. Specialize in facial balancing, profile harmonization, lip enhancement, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical anti-aging procedures. Complete Good Faith Exams (GFEs) and medical clearances in compliance with Virginia regulations and medspa protocols. Educate clients on treatment expectations, risks, contraindications, aftercare, skincare, wellness optimization, and long-term maintenance plans. Monitor patient outcomes, manage complications appropriately, and provide timely follow-up care. Maintain detailed EMR documentation including treatment notes, consent forms, photography, and compliance records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control standards, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Leadership & Operations Lead and oversee injectable services while helping standardize treatment protocols and elevate the overall client experience. Mentor and support providers and junior injectors while contributing to training and future expansion initiatives. Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams including wellness, laser, IV therapy, and body contouring providers. Assist with inventory management, product ordering, treatment room standards, and operational efficiency. Maintain professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and exceptional bedside manner in all interactions. Business Development & Brand Growth Build long-term client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and recurring revenue growth. Identify opportunities for treatment plan enhancements, memberships, skincare recommendations, and package upgrades while maintaining ethical, patient-centered care. Support practice growth through exceptional patient outcomes and five-star service experiences. Participate in VIP events, educational seminars, social media content creation, testimonials, and marketing initiatives. Stay current on emerging aesthetic technologies, injectable techniques, and industry trends through continuing education. Skills & Qualifications Advanced expertise in cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and facial balancing techniques Strong consultation, facial assessment, and treatment planning skills In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, complication prevention, and emergency management protocols Proven leadership and management experience within a medspa or aesthetic clinic Experience mentoring and supervising clinical staff or junior injectors Exceptional communication and patient education skills Luxury-level customer service and hospitality mindset Experience with PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, IV therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and retail sales strategies Ability to build long-term client relationships with high retention and repeat business Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, OSHA standards, infection control, and safe injection practices Proficiency in EMR documentation and treatment photography Familiarity with Boulevard EMR is a plus Comfortable participating in social media, marketing initiatives, and community engagement Strong multitasking, organizational, and operational management skills Commitment to continuing education and staying current with aesthetic trends and technologies Join a fast-growing, innovative medspa dedicated to enhancing confidence, beauty, and overall wellness through expert aesthetic care.
