JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a lead residential install plumber who knows how to run jobs, lead helpers, and install clean, code-compliant systems without hand holding. This is NOT an entry level position.

JOB DUTIES

Leading full residential installs (repipes, water heaters, tankless water heaters, water filtration). Running jobs from start to finish without micromanagement. Directing helpers efficiently Represent the company professionally in the clients' homes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3+ years residential install experience Lead Plumbers are considered senior level and operate their own truck Ability to show up on time & take pride in your work. #zr Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
