Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation Maintain accurate resident files and organized office records Assist with marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects Support daily office operations with a polished, professional approach Utilize property management software for leasing tasks

Preferred:

AppFolio and Knock Requirements Previous leasing or property management experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, polished presentation and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
