Experienced licensed Arborist/crew leader and Ground crew

Veteran Tree Care is a professional, safety-focused tree company seeking an experienced arborist/crew leader and motivated ground crew members to join our growing team. Crew Leader Responsibilities:

Perform climbing and aerial tree work Execute advanced rigging and technical removals Operate aerial lifts / bucket and assist with crane removals Lead and manage a crew on job sites Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Train and mentor crew members

Requirements:

Proven experience in climbing, rigging, and removals Experience with aerial lift / bucket work and crane-assisted removals Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Maine Arborist license Position 2: Ground Crew (Entry-Level with Growth Path)

Responsibilities:

Assist climbers and crew leaders on job sites Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment Maintain safe and organized work areas Support efficient job completion

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Positive attitude and team mindset No experience required (tree experience is a plus) Career Growth Opportunity We invest in our team.
