• Full-time Seeking a skilled/experienced Welder/Metal Fabricator with strong mechanical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a variety of metals, tools, and fabrication equipment, and the ability to design, build, and repair construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components according to specifications and blueprints Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, shears, brakes, rollers, mills, lathes, and assembly Skilled in MIG, TIG, and stick welding Interpret shop drawings, schematics, and work orders accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding/metal fabrication Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment Responsible, trustworthy, and stays focused
