$70,000+ DOE BANDER Wealth Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing wealth management team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in the financial services or wealth management industry, specifically focused on operations and client account servicing. This position plays a critical role in supporting advisors and delivering a high-level client experience through accurate and efficient operational support. Primary Responsibilities Open and maintain investment accounts Process account applications and paperwork Handle ACAT transfers and transfer of assets Assist with rollover transactions (401(k), IRA, etc.) Coordinate account updates and maintenance requests Track and follow up on pending operational items Work directly with custodians and internal teams to resolve issues Ensure accuracy and compliance of client documentation Support advisors with operational and administrative needs Assist in creating a smooth and professional client onboarding experience

Qualifications Required :
