Use fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal components Conduct measurements to ensure precise fit-up and quality standards Operate rigging equipment such as forklifts to move heavy materials safely around the worksite or manufacturing floor Follow standards for welding quality assurance and safety compliance in all tasks Assist in the fabrication of structural components for construction or manufacturing projects while adhering to safety protocols Skills Welding experience is great but not preferred. For non-experienced applicants willing to learn, on the job training will be provided. Mechanical knowledge including use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of standards relevant to welding and fabrication safety practices Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts safely Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Join us today!
