Job Description

River Rocks Recovery is seeking an Experienced Outreach Coordinator in Behavioral health for their outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Middletown, Ohio. The program provides PHP, IOP, and OP services to adults (18+).
Job Summary:
The Outreach Coordinator will play a critical role in the success of the startup substance use treatment center by developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve revenue goals. The Outreach Coordinator must be able to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and payers without a sales team and have knowledge of substance use treatment and behavioral health services. The Outreach Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all potential referral sources and will work closely with the clinical team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as compiling and analyzing competitive data within assigned geographical regions. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships. Submits timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Education preferred in either Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; One year of experience in substance use treatment required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to walk up and down stairs during emergency drills or situations.

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
