Experienced Pool Tech

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pool Tech to join our team, providing expert pool maintenance, cleaning, and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, equipment repair, and pool service, ensuring our clients' pools are safe, clean, and functioning properly. This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct equipment inspections and repairs on pool pumps, filters, heaters, and other mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and power tools for troubleshooting and repairing pool systems efficiently. Identify issues with pool equipment and perform necessary repairs or recommend replacements. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients regarding work performed. Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the installation of new pool equipment and system upgrades as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or pool technician with a strong understanding of mechanical systems related to pools. Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures, cleaning techniques, and chemical treatments. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Familiarity with pool cleaning equipment and maintenance supplies. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience working with service vehicles or in-field technical roles is preferred. Valid driver's license is required for travel between client sites.
