We partner with contractors, developers, and property managers on high-quality commercial projects-and we need experienced professionals who can deliver white-glove results.

What You'll Do:

Remove construction debris, dust, and materials Clean windows, frames, and sills (interior) Detail cleaning of all surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures) Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens Remove stickers, labels, paint splatter, and adhesive residue Prepare commercial spaces for final inspection and occupancy Follow detailed punch lists and client specifications Conduct quality control inspections before project completion

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Minimum 2+ years of post-construction cleaning experience Proven ability to work on commercial projects (not residential) Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques Experience with floor care (buffing, polishing, sealing) Ability to identify and address construction residue issues Attention to detail and commitment to quality Transportation Must have verifiable references from previous contractors/clients Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on ladders Background check and drug screening Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Professional appearance and communication skills

Preferred:
