  • Drywall Painter We are seeking an experienced Drywall Painter seeking a Journeyman-level Drywall Painter with a minimum of 3 years of proven, verifiable experience .
This position involves preparing and finishing drywall surfaces to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality expectations, safety requirements, and applicable building codes. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, show up prepared, and perform consistently in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do
  • Complete painting work accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Prepare surfaces properly, including patching, sanding, priming, and finish application.
  • Follow industry-standard painting practices and all safety protocols.
  • Set up and maintain organized, safe job sites with minimal supervision.
  • Inspect work areas and report safety concerns, damages, or equipment issues promptly.
  • Properly use and maintain PPE, including respirators and protective equipment.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and care for tools.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.
  • Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Plan and manage daily tasks to meet project timelines without compromising quality.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and assist in mentoring less experienced team members. What You Bring
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and finish requirements.
  • Experience monitoring environmental conditions and performing quality inspections.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety policies and a commitment to safe work practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and care when operating tools and equipment.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Basic knowledge of related trades such as carpentry.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and between job sites.
  • Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and solid communication skills.
