(NIGHT SHIFT) - AZTECA

Miami Beach, FL Azteca South Beach is a high-energy Mexican restaurant & bar located in the heart of Miami Beach, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Known for its strong atmosphere, live music, rooftop experience, and fast-paced operations, Azteca has built a loyal team and a strong reputation over the years. We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our night operations team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is serious, organized, energetic, and able to lead a strong team in a very busy environment.

POSITION

Night Shift Floor Manager Fixed schedule: Sunday / Monday / Tuesday Approximately 34 hours per week Stable schedule that rarely changes

COMPENSATION

Starting at $34/hour Performance bonuses available and realistically achievable

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 languages required: English & Spanish Additional languages are a plus Strong floor presence and leadership Experience managing high-volume restaurants, nightlife, or 24-hour operations Ability to multitask under pressure Strong communication and team management skills Someone highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable enforcing procedures and maintaining standards consistently

The operation is structured with many procedures already in place, and we are looking for someone capable of integrating into a strong system while bringing leadership, consistency, and positive energy.
