Document patient information accurately in the communication book.

Collaborate with office staff when there is a change in the client's status.

Ability to work with families and follow HIPPA laws. Job Requirements Must have a valid RI CNA license in good standing. Must have all immunizations required by the RI DOH. Must have a cell phone to clock in and out of shifts. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Must be a team player and able to work independently with the client.
