Experienced Roofing Door Knocker / Canvasser

Job Description JLeo Roofing is hiring an experienced roofing canvasser / door-to-door sales rep to generate qualified roof inspection appointments throughout Connecticut. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands door-to-door sales and knows how to approach homeowners, create interest, and set solid appointments that actually convert. We are a premium roofing company specializing in full roof replacements and insurance claim assistance. Our team handles inspections, supplements, and closing — your job is to generate quality opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods (storm-affected and high-value areas) Speak with homeowners about roof age, leaks, and potential storm damage Set qualified roof inspection appointments (not just collect names) Provide clear, professional communication at the door Log leads and basic notes (photos when needed) Represent JLeo Roofing professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

Proven door-to-door or canvassing experience (roofing, solar, pest control, etc.) Strong communication and confidence at the door Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving Self-motivated and results-driven Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
