None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as the primary face of Griffin Decks and Covers, transforming homeowner visions into high-end outdoor living realities. This role allows you to manage a premium sales pipeline with the support of a company that prioritizes quality craftsmanship over high-pressure tactics. How You Will Make an Impact Consult with homeowners on custom design, layout, and product selections to create personalized outdoor spaces. Execute pre-qualified in-home sales appointments to guide clients through high-value purchasing decisions. Generate and present detailed project proposals that align with client needs and functional goals. Maintain consistent follow-up and close deals with integrity to meet aggressive growth targets. Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales phase to construction. Strengthen the company brand by building immediate trust and delivering an exceptional client experience. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a professional in-home sales environment. Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket contracts using a consultative approach. Strong communication and active listening skills necessary for understanding complex client needs. Self-motivated mindset with a track record of managing a sales pipeline effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for high-end residential consulting. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous sales experience specifically within the construction, remodeling, or outdoor living industries. Familiarity with deck materials, patio cover systems, and residential building layouts. Demonstrated experience in design-build sales or architectural solution presentation. Compensation & Benefits High-performance commission structure with earning potential exceeding $100,000. Consistent flow of pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
