• Full-time About Us Green Mango Graphics is a fast-growing print, signs, and vehicle wrap company based in Conroe with over 16 years serving local businesses.

We produce custom apparel, signs, and branding solutions in-house and are focused on quality, speed, organization, and teamwork. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printer Operator who takes pride in producing clean, professional work and can help maintain production flow in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview The Screen Printer Operator will handle the setup, printing, curing, and quality control of custom apparel orders using automatic and manual screen printing presses. This role is hands-on and production-focused. This is NOT an entry-level "stand around" position. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, efficient, and experienced. Responsibilities Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses Set up screens, inks, squeegees, and pallets Register artwork accurately for multi-color jobs Mix inks and match colors when needed Load and unload garments efficiently Monitor print quality throughout production runs Operate dryer/curing equipment Clean screens, tools, and work areas Help with reclaiming and prep when necessary Count and organize garments before and after production Catch printing defects before orders leave production Maintain production speed while protecting quality Follow production schedules and priorities Work with management and team members to complete jobs on time QualificationsPreferred Experience 3+ year of screen printing experience preferred Experience with automatic presses Experience printing on t-shirts & hoodies Skills We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized under pressure Good work ethic and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift boxes and garments when needed Team player mentality Fast learner Positive attitude What We DO NOT Want Constant phone use during work Someone who disappears during busy production days Low-effort mentality Careless quality control Drama or excuses What We Offer Stable full-time work Growth opportunities Overtime opportunities Friendly but high-performance environment Opportunity to grow with a scaling company
