Job Summary We are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about automotive service. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every client. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and customer service will drive customer loyalty and dealership success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their service needs Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repair, tire service, transmissions, suspension, alignment, shocks & struts, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, and auto body repair Prepare accurate auto estimates using dealership software and communicate pricing clearly to customers Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive repair procedures to answer customer questions confidently Requirements Proven dealership experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service management Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs such as transmissions, brakes, suspensions, oil changes, and tire services Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience with auto estimating software and service writing processes Familiarity with automotive repair specialties including diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, alignment, auto body repair, and automobile sales is preferred Ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs Cash handling experience with attention to accuracy and integrity Join our team as an Experienced Service Advisor to leverage your automotive expertise in a lively environment that values your skills. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
