Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Working with the sales department and suppliers to grow business with existing customers and potential new customers Taking service orders over the phone for new and existing customers Confirming appointments with the customer - some of the appointments are done through an automated system Assisting the technicians with any questions they may have regarding the customer's order or requests Determine the customer's requirements and expectations in order to suggest specific products and solutions Suggest alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications Entering customer information into the company database General clerical duties such as: faxing, filing, scanning

Requirements:

Minimum of two years previous customer service experience (preferably within a call center environment) Must have strong phone and customer service skills Computer skills Good communication skills Able to work in a fast paced environment Hours are: Monday through Friday -8am to 4:30pm The pay is up to $25.00 an hour based on experience
