Job Summary We are hiring experienced sushi staff for our sushi bar inside Elgin HEB Responsibilities Morning sushi setup Organizing and receiving deliveries General prep tasks as needed Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area Qualifications Previous experience working in a sushi bar or sushi restaurant Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in fast-pace environment Good communication Ability to lift >20 lbs and stand in long period of time Candidates who are fully available on weekends will start at a higher minimum rate, reflecting the commitment required for weekend shifts.
