Experienced Vacation Rental Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various vacation homes around Newport to past Waldport. This role requires a strong commitment to working as a team player and the ability to work independently. You represent Oceanside Homes and Design standards of clean. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct thorough cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, window washing, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitation. Time management in assigned rental turnovers is key Follow company instructions of cleaning products and work with your cleaning partner by following a checklist and routine guidelines. Carry out custodial duties such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies. Follow company's instructions to launder and fold linens and towels. Maintain carpets and floors through regular vacuuming and spot treatment as needed. We use an upright vacuum and backpack vacuums to get the job done. Provide excellent customer service by addressing needs and requests of guests promptly. Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is required. Familiarity with sanitation practices and cleaning techniques is a plus. Customer service experience is beneficial to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards is required.
