Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to gardening, floral design, lawn care, and landscape maintenance Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and accessible Maintain accurate inventory records through retail math skills and stock management procedures Support merchandising efforts by creating attractive displays that highlight seasonal or promotional items Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages when applicable and resolving issues promptly Requirements Passion for gardening, horticulture, floral design, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during stocking or display setup Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude eager to learn about lawn care products, floral arrangements, and landscaping supplies This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while sharing their passion for gardening and outdoor beauty.
