Job Summary We are seeking an

EXPERIENCED

Wax Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced salon environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various hair removal techniques, including waxing, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality waxing services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction and comfortable performing male brazilians. Duties Perform a variety of waxing services for clients, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to salon protocols. Utilize salon software, including ZENOTI, for appointment scheduling and client management. Educate clients on aftercare and proper skin maintenance post-waxing. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible. Ability to hit target goals Keep a professional appearance at all times Experience Proven experience as a Wax Specialist or similar role in a salon or spa setting. Certification in Cosmetology or relevant field is preferred. Familiarity with additional services such as facials, skincare, and retail sales Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
