• Melbourne, FL Key Responsibilities Install commercial windows, doors, storefront systems, and curtainwall systems Read and interpret construction drawings and installation details Measure, layout, and install framing, glazing systems, and hardware accurately Assist with waterproofing and sealing systems to ensure proper installation Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment safely Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects Coordinate with field supervisors, project managers, and other trades on site Follow company safety standards and OSHA requirements Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining organized jobsites Complete punch list and closeout work as needed Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of commercial window, door, glazing, storefront, or curtainwall installation experience preferred Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of commercial installation methods, sealants, flashing, and waterproofing practices Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Preferred Experience Experience with storefront, curtainwall, impact windows/doors, or glazing systems OSHA certification is a plus Experience operating lifts and jobsite equipment preferred Commercial construction background strongly preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Detail-oriented and quality-focused Reliable and safety-conscious Motivated and hardworking Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Interested in long-term growth opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Stable, year-round commercial work
