Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Expo Food team members to join our vibrant food and beverage department. In this role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the serving staff, ensuring that food is prepared, presented, and delivered with precision and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth operations during busy service periods, contributing to an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation for service. Plate dishes accurately according to standards, ensuring quality and visual appeal. Assist with food assembly, garnishing, and portioning to meet presentation guidelines. Support servers by bussing tables, refilling condiments, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs. Ensure all food handling complies with safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and organized expo station throughout shifts to promote efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Experience in banquet settings or large-scale events is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently during high-volume service times. Commitment to food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required.
