Duties Quickly and accurately deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring presentation standards are maintained. Assist with food preparation tasks, including plating and garnishing dishes to meet quality standards. Support the kitchen team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely food delivery. Ensure food safety and handling procedures are followed at all times, adhering to health regulations. Operate POS systems such as Toast for order accuracy when needed. Help with setup and breakdown of service stations during shifts to maintain an organized workspace. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices. Strong communication skills to coordinate efficiently with team members and interact positively with guests. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during busy service hours. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or catering is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous. Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
