Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation and plating to support kitchen staff in maintaining quality and efficiency. Clear and reset tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing attentive customer service and addressing any needs or questions. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Support banquet or large-party service by coordinating food delivery and guest needs seamlessly. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly, maintaining hygiene, and adhering to health regulations at all times. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Previous experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is a plus. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong teamwork ethic combined with a positive attitude and proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
