This role is focused on leading service, overseeing saloon bar operations, and ensuring seamless execution of weddings and events. This is a floor-based leadership position to start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. The Operations Lead will play a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting the team, and helping build operational structure as the business grows. Duties Lead and oversee service during weddings, events, and nightly operations Manage saloon bar service, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling Act as the primary point of contact on the floor during shifts, ensuring smooth flow and guest satisfaction Support setup, breakdown, and transitions for events and service periods Guide and support FOH staff to maintain strong service standards and team coordination Monitor service pacing, guest experience, and overall floor operations Assist with inventory awareness and bar/operational readiness Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning service environment Step in wherever needed — this is a hands-on role Qualifications Experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, hotel, or events) Prior experience leading shifts or managing service preferred Strong understanding of bar operations and guest service flow Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership presence High attention to detail and commitment to service standards Comfortable working evenings and weekends A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and grow within the role Additional Opportunity (Growth Path) This role has the opportunity to grow into broader operational responsibilities over time.
